Michael Douglas Grondin
April 18, 1958 – April 18, 2015
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of our brother, uncle and friend. Michael passed away at the Cross Cancer Institute, Edmonton Alberta at the age of 57 after a brief illness. Born in Chatham, NB, he was the son of the late Tony and Dorothy (Grenier) Grondin.
Michael is survived by his brothers Terry and John (Teresa) , and three sisters, Sharon (Gerry) McCormack, Judy (Tom) Scott, and Ruth McLeod. He was a thoughtful uncle to his nieces and nephews, Sean, Michael, Tony, Andrea, Cara, and Rebecca. He was predeceased by his niece Connie Speight (Scott) with whom he shared a special relationship. Michael enjoyed spending time with his great nieces and nephews, Alex (Andrea), Hailey and Mitchell (Connie,) all were very important to him. He will be forever missed and always in our hearts.
