The death of Gary John Somers of Red Bank, NB, husband of the late Penny (Parks) Somers occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the age of 70. Born in Matthew Settlement, NB, Gary was the son of the late Arthur and Geneva (Johnston) Somers.Gary is survived by one daughter: Jeanne Somers (Joe) of Red Bank, NB; one son: Jamie (Toni) of Fredericton, NB, one sister: Pearl Beaudet (Gilles) of Matthew Settlement, NB; three brothers: Buddy (Helen) of Black River, NB, Artie of Miramichi, NB and Bobby (Carolyn) of Ontario; two grandchildren: Joey and Jennifer and several nieces and nephews.Gary is predeceased by one sister: Maxine Tozer and two brothers: Neil and Brian.At the request of Gary there will be no visitation.
