The death of Mrs. Mary Agnes Kirkpatrick of Miramichi, NB, occurred on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 67. Born in Northwest Bridge, NB, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Mary Agnes (McLean) Walsh. Mary Agnes worked at Sobey’s in Fredericton for 33 years as well as being a caregiver at the Stan Cassidy Center in Fredericton.
Mary Agnes is survived by: two daughters: Cynthia Shamon (Pierre) and Tamara Kirkpatrick (Peter Rice) all of Fredericton, NB; three sisters: Veronica Connelly-Furlotte (Allison) and Leone Walsh all of Miramichi, NB; Phyllis Waterbury of Whitney, NB; three brothers: James (Margaret); Barry (Pam) and Terry (Vicki Ross) all of Miramichi, NB; six grandchildren: Danielle, Nicole, Tyron, Thane, Taylor and Tori and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors at Bell’s Funeral Home, on Thursday from 7-9 PM and on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 9 AM.Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery.
In Mary Agnes’ memory, donations may be made to the NB Extra Mural Program.
