Mr. Andreas Galatis husband of the late Joan (Brown) Galatis of River Road, Sunny Corner NB, passed away Friday August 7, 2015 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 81.Born in Limassol Cyprus, he was the son of the late Harry and Julia Galatis. He was a retired Electrical Engineer for Northern Telcom. He was a former member of Men of Harmony and also enjoyed fishing, gardening and family get togethers.He is survived by special companion Eileen Stewart, one daughter; Julia Margaret Galatis (Andre Comeau) of Miramichi, one son; Alex Galatis of Toronto, five brothers, two step grandchildren; Tiffany and Christian Comeau. He was predeceased by his parents and his wife.Mr. Andresa Galatis is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, with visitation on Thursday August 13, from 6 to 9. The Funeral Service will be held Friday August 14, at 1 p.m. at Davidson’s Funeral Home Chapel with Father Paul LeBlanc officiating.
