Ellien Carmel Casey wife of the late Thomas Esson Casey of Kelly’s Special care home formerly of King George Hwy, Miramichi, passed away Saturday August 22, 2015 at Kelly’s Special Care Home, at the age of 95.Born in Red Bank NB, she was the daughter of the late James and Ellen (Gillis) Walsh. She was a homemaker and a member of St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.She is survived by two daughters; Mary Lou Casey of Oshawa ON and Ellen Casey Kidd (Stewart) of Fredericton, six sons; Brian (Lily) of Ottawa, Kerry of Chelmsford, Ray (Charlotte) of Miramichi, John Marlene of Kamloops BC, Chris of Miramichi and Jerry (Beth) of Miramichi, one sister; Audrey Poisson of Montreal, one brother; Albert Walsh of Doyles Brook, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Besides her parents and her husband she was predeceased by one son; Kevin, four sisters; Mary Varricchio, Gladys James, Theresa McLean and Rachel Kehoe, two brothers; Joseph and Richard Walsh.Ellien Carmel Casey is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday August 26, 2015 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, with father Tom Fowler officiating.
