The death of Ardith Roberta (Jardine) Forrest widow of William Forrest of Newcastle, NB, occurred at her residence on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the age of 78. Born in Quarryville, NB, Ardith was the daughter of the late Harry and Blanche (Underhill) Jardine.Ardith is survived by two daughters: Shelley McNally (Jamie) of Newcastle, NB and Sherri Travis (Bill) of South Esk, NB; four grandchildren: John & Michael McNally and Adam & Robyn Travis. Ardith is predeceased by two sisters: Muriel Morrison and Jenny Wyse; four brothers: Max, Percy, John and Sydney.At the request of the family there is no visitation. A Public Funeral Service will be held from the Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Friday, September 25, 2015 @ 2 PM with Willard Watling officiating. Burial will follow in the Miramichi Cemetery.
