The death of Timothy âTimâ Benedict Gallant of Newcastle, NB, occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the age of 58. Born in Newcastle, NB, Tim was the son of the late Benedict and Catherine (Briggs) Gallant.Tim is survived by one daughter: Leslie and one son: Matthew; one sister: Kim of Newcastle, NB; two brothers: Richard (June) of Barnaby River, NB and Joe (Judy) of Douglastown, NB; one niece: Lindsey and two nephews: John and Brett.Besides his parents, Tim is predeceased by; one sister: Cathy and one brother: Terry. Please note there will be no visitation at funeral home. A public Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Samuel’s Roman Catholic Church, Douglastown, on Monday, November 16,2015 at 11Am with Father Maurice Swift officiating.
