Mr. Vincent Joseph Breau husband of Margaret Rose (Smith) Breau of Beaverbrook Road, Miramichi, passed away Tuesday December 1st, 2015 , at the age of 83.Born in Tracadie NB, he was the son of the late Fred and Jeanne (Brideau) Breau. He was a retired self employed truck driver and a member of the Roman Catholic Church.Besides his wife Margaret, he is survived by six daughters; Leonore Wilcox (Ken) of Rothesay NB, Loretta Creamer (Peter) of Quispamsis NB, Wendy Buchanan (Robert) of Quispamsis NB, Carolyn Morris (Jean Guy) of Beaverbrook, Charlene Morris (Andre) of Miramichi and Paula Galliah (Trevor) of Miramichi, three sons; Jimmy Breau of Miramichi, Lawrence Breau (Lise Gallan) of Grand Prairie AB and Kenny (Johanne) Breau of Miramichi, four sisters; Yvonne, Kathleen, Julia and Anida, two brothers; Ted and Solomon, 21 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Anna Catherine (Grant) Innes, wife of the late Allan Innes, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2015, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 93.Born in Chatham, she was the daughter of the late George and Catherine (Wallace) Grant. She was a homemaker and a member of St Peters & Paul Roman Catholic Church.She will be sadly missed by her daughter Maureen (David Matchett) of Lower Newcastle; two sons George (Margaret) of Lower Newcastle, and Ronnie (Jane) of Miramichi; six grandchildren Cathy Brideau (Andy), Allan Innes (Sarah), Jamie Innes (Sylvie), Lori Ann Labulois (Jim), Melissa Matchtt (Jessie Tucker), and Jeffrey Matchett (Liane Rideout); and several nieces and nephews.Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by four brothers Charlie, Lorne, Bernard, and Earl, and one sister Mary.The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Friday, December 4, 2015, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Calgary, AB –  William "Boyd" Chapman, fiancée of Vickie Parkin, of Calgary, AB and formerly of Bay du Vin, N.B., passed away suddenly in Calgary, on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at the age of 42.

Born in Chatham, N.B., on March 30, 1973, he was the son of Jane (McLenaghan) and Carmen Chapman.  He was a steamsetter / pipefitter with Flint Energy Ltd., in Calgary, AB. And attended the Anglican Church.

He is survived by his finance, Vickie Parkin, of Calgary; his parents, Jane McLenaghan (Jim Brown), of Bay du Vin and Carmen Chapman, of Black River Bridge; one son, Michael Lynch Chapman, of Miramichi; two step daughters, Kyra (Mark), Krysten (Cody); one step son, Tyree; two sisters, Gari-Lynn Fowlie (Keith), of Black River Bridge, Nicole Carroll (Ernest), of Napan; one step sister, Lisa Lewis (Chris), of Miramichi; two step brothers, Mark Brown(Pam), of Miramichi and Ian Brown (Tammy), of Saint John.  He was predeceased by one sister, Natalie Chapman.

Visitation will be at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St., Miramichi, on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.  Funeral service will be held from Adams Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 2 pm.  Interment will be in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery, Bay du Vin.

Carl Richard Sherrard1935-2015Carl Richard Sherrard, husband of Catherine (McAllister) Sherrard of Sunny Corner, NB passed away on Friday, December 4th at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 80. Born in Boom Road, NB, he was the son of the late George and Gladys (Mullin) Sherrard. Carl was retired from Boise Cascade as a heavy equipment operator and mechanic . He was also retired from the Sunny Corner volunteer fire department. Carl was a member and attended St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church in Sunny Corner. Carl is survived by one daughter: Darlene (Robert) Girouard of Boom Road, NB; two sons: Murray (Cathy) Sherrard of Boom Road, NB and Blake (Arlene) Sherrrard of Sunny Corner, NB; five sisters: Bertie Scott of Miramichi, NB, Evelyn Colepaugh of Ontario, Freda (Arnie) Samms of Ontario, Addie (Irvine) McAllister of Boom Road, NB and Carloyn (Adrian) Perkins of Bristol, NB; five brothers: Raymond (Glenda) Sherrard of Bathurst, NB, Sherman (Alda) Sherrard of Sunny Corner, NB, Merlyn (Diane) Sherrard of Halcomb, NB, Arnold (Gretta) Sherrard of Newfoundland and Neil (Faye) Sherrard of Boom Road, NB; four grandchildren: Sonya, Ricky, Carlene and Travis; five great-grandchildren: Brennan, Chloe, Brock, Clare and Jacob and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Carl is predeceased by four brothers: Ralph, Charlie, Edmund and Burton and one sister: Mabel McAllister. fairhaven1449285800Cable, Edna Dorothy, beloved sister, aunt and friend passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on December 3, 2015, at the age of 58.

Born in Chatham , she was the daughter of the late Sydney and Eileen Cable.

Edna is survived by her siblings, Margie (Wally) Whyte, Marven (Stella) Cable, Geraldine (Norman) Savage, Gerald Cable, Helen (Paul) Kenny, Patricia (Boyce) Somers, and Joseph (Betty) Cable; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Edna is also survived by Sonja, René, Noah, Samuel LeBreton and Ron LeBlanc who lovingly cared for Edna for the past 20 years.

In addition to her parents, Edna was predeceased by her sister Monica Malley.

Edna enjoyed Tim Horton’s Coffee and Donuts, Music and spending time with those she loved.

A memorial service celebrating Edna’s life will be held in the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 1:00pm with visitation held from 11:00 am until time of service.

The family wishes to acknowledge Moncton Community Residences Inc. and Moncton Employment Training Services for the Love and Support provided to Edna over the years.

A spring interment will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery in Miramichi .

If desired, donations to METS or MCRI would be appreciated by the family.

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Irma Davidson, which occurred at the Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at the age of 91, after a lengthy illness.Irma, wife of the late Douglas Davidson, was born on January 24, 1924 and was the daughter of Everetta (Taylor) and Alward Dealy of the former village of Loggieville, NB. She was a homemaker and a mother, as well as an accomplished seamstress. Irma was a member of the Knox United Church and the United Church Woman and was very active in her Church and Community.Irma was deceased by her husband of 64 years, Douglas Davidson, as well as infant twin daughters, Dorothy and Dawn Davidson and Daughter Elaine (Davidson) Comeau (Edward). She is survived by one daughter, Evelyn (Davidson) Powell, son-in-law David Powell, six grandchildren; Scott Powell, Sherri Moran, Todd, Chris Jeff and Danielle Comeau, and eleven great grand children; Logan, Chloe and Oliver Powell, Cayden and Connor Moran, Emma Ethan Youden, Layla Gravel and Tate, Macy and Nickolas Comeau. She was also predeceased by two brothers Bradshaw and Warren Dealy.Irma will be resting at Davidson’s funeral home, 597 Old King George hwy, with visitation on Thursday at 1 until the time of the funeral. Funeral Service will be held at 2pm at Davidson’s Funeral home chapel with reverend Charlene Maguire MacKnight officiating. Born in Baie-Ste-Anne NB she was the daughter of the late Euthrope Thibodeau an Suzanne (Thebeau) Thibodeau. Maltide is survived by her son Gaston (Joanne) Martin. Two granddaughter Tania (Allain) Martin and Cristale Martin. Two grandsons Scott Martin and Paul Martin. One great granddaughter Josee and one great grandson Jaxon. She is predeceased by her loving husband Norman, her son Ola and her great grandson Jacob. Four brothers Lionel, Gallant, Roger and Ted. Three sisters Cleo, Rina and Marguerite, She will be resting at the salon Soeur Blandine-Martin in Baie-Ste-Anne on Wednesday Dec 9 from 7 to 9 and on Thursday from 1pm until tine of the funeral. OI898868076_tedrichards3Edward Colin “Ted” Richards, husband of Betty Richards, of Schooner Point Road, who passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Sunday, December 6, 2015, at the age of 81.

Born in Digby, N.S., on May 11, 1934, he was the son of the late Ray and Ethel (Hill) Richards.  He was a retired member of the Canadian Armed Forces (Machinist).  Ted was an avid outdoors man, a dedicated referee of basketball.   He was a capable Mr. Fix It for everything around the house.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; two daughters, Lynn Bertin (Brad), of Napanee, Ont. and Bonny Richards, of Pembroke, Ont.; two sisters, Calveretta Shorten, of Tremouth, N.S. and Roberta Clarke, of Ottawa, Ont.; five grandchildren, Lisa, Matthew, Sarah (Matt), David, and Shawn; one great grandchild, Emily; as well as several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by one daughter, Kerri Richards.

At his request there will be no visitation at the funeral home.  A public funeral service will be held from Carmel United Church, on Friday, December 11, 2015, at 2 pm, conducted by Rev. Charlene Maguire MacKnight.  Internment will be in Miramichi, at a later date.
